1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "9ks" refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain 9ks.one and all related sub-domains.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using 9ks services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player on the 9ks platform.
• "Services" covers all games, promotions, financial transactions and other functions available through the 9ks platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash funds and bonus funds available in a player's account at any given time.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Cash Funds" refers to money deposited directly by the player, as distinct from bonus funds awarded through promotions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the 9ks platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the 9ks platform and close your account immediately.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy of 9ks, all of which together form a complete agreement between the player and the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use 9ks services, each player is required to register a valid account. The registration process requires players to provide information that is true, accurate and current.

• Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Players are solely responsible for the security of their account login information, including their username and password.
• 9ks reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Accounts registered using false or inaccurate information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in the area or jurisdiction where they reside.

4. Deposits and Payments

9ks supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All deposit transactions are processed securely using the latest encryption technology.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Deposits using a method belonging to a third party are not permitted.
• 9ks does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment method providers.
• If there is any delay in deposit processing, players can contact our 24/7 customer support via live chat or email.
• 9ks reserves the right to suspend the processing of deposits suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5. Withdrawals

Players may withdraw cash funds from their account subject to the conditions set out below. 9ks aims to process all withdrawal requests in the shortest time possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes after confirmation is received.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is only permitted after the specified wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 9ks reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals of large amounts or in cases that raise concern.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified by the player.
• Any withdrawal attempt involving fraud or a breach of these terms will be cancelled and the relevant account may be closed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

9ks offers a range of bonus and promotion programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and must be clearly understood before they are accepted.

• Each player is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once throughout their membership.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered the specified number of times.
• Bonus funds and cash funds are handled separately within the account. Cash funds can be withdrawn at any time without wagering requirements.
• 9ks reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there are signs of misuse or a breach of promotion conditions.
• Other promotional offers such as cashback, birthday bonuses and VIP programmes have their own conditions which will be stated when the promotion is announced.

The 9ks VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit, with Diamond members receiving the highest benefit. Players can move up tiers based on their activity level and loyalty on the platform.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the 9ks platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and independently audited to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 9ks will resolve any disputes based on the server records retained.
• Winnings generated as a result of technical errors or software bugs will not be paid out and may be voided by 9ks.
• Players are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, or methods that manipulate game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe and fair experience for all players, 9ks strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual or coordinated groups to manipulate the bonus system.
• Use of third-party software, automation bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Attempts to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal financial gain.
• Any activity related to money laundering, fraud, or unauthorised financial transactions.
• Abuse of promotions or bonuses through techniques such as cross-account hedging (bonus abuse) or coordination intended to claim bonuses without genuine intent to play.
• Harassment, threats, or discourteous behaviour towards 9ks customer support staff.

9ks reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching these rules. Accounts found to be in breach will be suspended and all balances, including winnings, may be frozen or forfeited.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9ks reserves the right to suspend or close any player account for the following reasons, without prior notice in serious cases:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant regulatory or legal authorities.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting 9ks customer support. Self-closure requests made on responsible gambling grounds will be handled as a priority and with full understanding.

10. Limitation of Liability

9ks provides online gambling services to a high operational standard. However, there are certain limits to our liability:

• 9ks is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or player device failures.
• 9ks will not be liable for financial losses incurred by players as a result of valid game outcomes confirmed by the system.
• The 9ks platform is provided "as is" and while we work to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruption.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

• Players are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, or exploit any content from the 9ks platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Use of 9ks logos or trademarks in any form without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Links to the 9ks website are permitted for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided they do not misrepresent or damage the reputation of the 9ks brand.

12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

9ks reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current provisions in force. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 9ks platform after any amendment is published will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
